Educational Tour

Pinewood Educational Tour Program (PETP) is designed to help students around the world to gain access to authentic learning through inquiry and immersion. By combining the joy of discovery in a new environment and the unique resources available in different countries, PETP enables students to not only gain new knowledge, develop skills and cognitive abilities, but also to immerse themselves into a different culture to build essential attitudes like cultural awareness, understanding and tolerance.

The program is designed on a unit basis. Each unit consist of a central idea that allows students to inquire to make their own conclusion.
Throughout the inquiry process, students will get opportunities to use and develop their interdisciplinary skills and their multiple intelligences. At the same time, elements of cultures are integrated into each area to create awareness and understanding of different cultures.
